Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers — only metadata required to manage your order and provide support.

Depending on your payment provider, charges may appear on your statement as:

• WHOP* RHYTHMIQ
• AMP INTERMEDIACAO

or a similar descriptor referencing the company name.

RhythmIQ access is offered as a €37 one-time payment. There are no recurring charges, hidden fees, or auto-renewals associated with the standard product purchase.

If you have questions about billing, access, or refunds, please contact support before opening a payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a dispute before contacting us may delay the resolution process.
